Engineering & Design
MONDIALE's Engineering Team provides both concept design and Front End Engineering Design (FEED) services. When undertaking either role MONDIALE complete a comprehensive technical analysis of a client’s project requirements with the deliverable being a detailed technical design package with an estimated investment cost for a specific project. MONDIALE can divide the FEED into separate packages or cover the entire EPC offering.
The Engineering Team will work closely with the project stake holders to ensure that there is complete transparency throughout the design process.
EPC
MONDIALE is able to provide the entire EPC service or any of the parts individually. The engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction are all core skills of the Group and are services that are provided on a daily basis.
MONDIALE ensures that each facet of the EPC supply chain is managed by a technical specialist in that particular field thereby guaranteeing that the requiste skill base and experience is applied to each area of activity. The technical specialists are further assisted by a professional project management team dedicated to ensuring critical path management of the entire Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Project Management
MONDIALE’s Project Management team is able to deliver services beyond the traditional EPCM. MONDIALE is able to provide Project Management services across a range of sectors and industries. The Group applies a process to any of its undertakings that enable the safe and successful delivery of unique and challenging projects that may vary from transportation solutions in the Middle East to emergency aid distribution in nuclear radiated zones in the Far East.
The primary concern for all MONDIALE Project staff is safety. This philosophy resonates through all the decisions made during the planning and delivery of the project. Strict adherence to time scales and pre-determined / agreed budgets is the secondary focus for all project staff and forms a crucial component of the business continuity analysis that is incorporated into all MONDIALE Managed Projects.
